The HM motorised power shears model WKS is a compact machine of modern design with new deleveloped software and touch screen with option manual - semi auto - full auto mode.

The all-welded gables with adjustable guideways guarantees high cutting quality.

The machines have smooth and lacquered surfaces for minimum cleaning.

Power is transmitted from a standard gear brake motor via chain drive to the main shaft.

Two heavy-duty eccentrics draw the knife beam to the material.

The automatically actuated rubber coated sheet hold down unit, coupled with a facility for fine adjustment of the high quality knives, guarantees a perfect cut.

Special roller bearings, non-lubricating teflon bearings and guide ways, guarantees a very high reliability, and minimum levels and maintenance.

The WKS is a low-noise production shear with optimum cutting quality and long working life.

WKS shears are as standard equipped with:

• Motorised back gauge with NC control 750mm

• Cutting counter

• Angle stop with millimetre scale and T-slot

• Illumination of cutting edge

• Rear light-guarding system

• Self-lubricating guides

• Double eccentric drive on the cutter bar

• Rubber-coated sheet holder

• Low knife angle and burr-free cutting
