How we wind our high-end motors

SCANTOOL GROUP takes great pride in still winding our high-end motors in Brovst, Denmark. In the video, you can learn much more about the process behind it.

Even though the machine is close to being the oldest in the building, the innovative mechanics of the past still work flawlessly today. A stable and robust machine that always delivers solid results for production. Therefore, the machine fits perfectly with us.

The machine not only winds the copper wire quickly and precisely for our motors but also inserts the wire elegantly into the stator core without any issues. Among other things, we use the machine for our PSD, POD, Slibette, and E 308. If you have one of these models in your workshop, it has most likely been wound by our foreman and service manager, Uffe, on our fine machine.
