The HBM Hydraulic Folding Machines are of fully tempered construction, and of modern soft radius, clean surface design.

The range of HBM Folders can accommodate sheets 1500-4000mm and up to 8mm thickness in Mild Steel.

HBM models offer many great features for maximum material folding flexibility.

When handling large sheets, the precision of bending is key right across the full width of the material.

This is particularly important when producing G-Panels, as consistent quality and accuracy of the bend is required to ensure the perfect fit of each panel-piece.

All HBM models can be offered with or without a motorised back-gauge.

7 inch Beijer Electronics Touch Screen is standard on all models with user friendly software which provides the operator with easy input for both single bend and complete bending programs.

The standard software will accept a maximum of 40 programs, of up to 50 steps each.

The folding beam is powered by a hydraulically driven heavy duty rack and gearing, providing much better control and higher bend accuracy compared to normal hydraulic drive systems.

Easy adjustment is provided for the material thickness, and control over the hydraulic clamp pressure ensures that damage to softer material surfaces is avoided.
